If you would like ‘one off’ help in finding the perfect vendor, need assistance in a specific area or would like to add an item to your ‘Day of’ or ‘Fundamentals’ package you may want to consider an A La Carte option.

- Venue selection assistance (avg $150-$450 depending on type of assistance needed)
- Creation and coordination of ceremony rehearsal/processional and seating
- Creation of detailed CAD layouts (see samples here) for all aspects of the weather for both good and bad weather
- Assistance creating a viable rain plan
- Site inspections - site visit to give professional input and suggestions (avg $200-$450 depending on location)
- Set up of decor the day before the wedding
- Babysitting Service ($25/hr)
- Consultations as needed ($45 per hour) including but not limited to (these are designed to help with particular details during the planning process, not in-lou of packages):
- Contract reviews and navigation
- Assistance locating and procuring accommodations
- Establishing and maintaining a schedule
- Overall event design assistance
- Creation of rental orders
- Creative ideas for favors, gift bags and decor
- Wedding etiquette assistance
- Look over rental orders to confirm everything necessary has been reserved
- Qualified referrals for vendors, resources and services
- Creation of detailed timelines, itineraries and checklists
- Discuss DIY details and how to make them practical for your wedding
